OPENING OF THE FIRST CROATIAN ENERGY-CLIMATE OFFICE

What: Opening of the first Croatian energy-climate office

Where: Križevci, Croatia

When: 24^th September 2021

On September 24^th KLIK Energy Cooperative in cooperation with the City of Križevci and support of EIT Climate-KIC opened the first Croatian energy-climate office in Križevci as a part of the Future Cities of South East Europe initiative.

The energy-climate office will be operating non-stop as a showroom of green technologies, products and services and as such will provide a meeting point for citizens and energy transition and educational space for creating a climate-resistant society.

In the afternoon, ZEZ held a workshop “Citizens in energy transition” and presented part of their current energy-efficient projects such as COMPILE, ReDREAM, NUDGE and I-NERGY.

KLIK-Križevački Laboratorij Inovacija za Klimu, the first energy cooperative in Croatia, was established only a year and a half ago with the support of COMPILE partner ZEZ and they have already achieved significant milestones. Congratulations! That’s the way to go!
